In 2023 Fireline Bistro LLC launched, offering private dining events and exclusive in-home chef services throughout Northwest Kansas. The concept quickly gained popularity, with the Stockton, Kansas community embracing Fireline's unique approach and with that the community called for more! In response to this growing support. In December of 2024 Christopher made the bold decision to personally invest into establishing a brick-and-mortar location on the east side of Stockton, KS. Starting with acquiring the former "Home Cookin" establishment and began renovations. This expansion reflects Fireline Bistro's deep commitment to serving the community and enhancing the local dining scene.
At Fireline Bistro, we strive to create an experience that goes beyond just dining. When you walk through our doors, you won’t find generic images of the wildland fire service. Instead, you’ll see authentic photos of crews I’ve worked with and others from across the country, capturing the deep camaraderie that forms around what we call “Chow” a tradition that fosters a sense of belonging to something greater than oneself.
Our menu is a reflection of Chef Hanson's culinary upbringing ,travels and personal culinary experiences, bringing flavors from across the country to our community, from perfectly grilled Alaskan Sockeye to hearty Mississippi Pot Roast along with traditional French bistro dishes such as Beef Bourguignon and Coq au Vin. We take pride in creating meaningful connections with each guest at every meal!
